My parents have tickets with my Aunt and Uncle for a select group of the shows that are performed at the Fabulous Fox Theater. When they heard that Mary Poppins was one of the shows my aunt and uncle offered their seats to K and I. I cannot even begin to describe how awesome the show was. It started at 8:00pm and ended at 10:50pm. K watched the WHOLE thing and never asked when it would be over(except for when she asked when was intermission b/c she was ready for popcorn. You are not allowed to take any pictures once you enter the theater, so I do not have any of her while watching the show. It was so fun to watch her facial expression and I was bummed that I could not capture it on film. As you can see she had a blast.

Front Row Seat
One day some of the workers were wearing their safety reflective vest, so off JW went to find his "worker guy" gear.
Deck Demo and Mother's Tea
Well, we finally took out the deck and had a patio put in. But before we could put in the patio BP had to take out the deck. As you can see the boys were loving every minute of it!
K enjoyed the show too!
I was invited to a VERY special tea at K's school. K escorted me all the way from the lobby, to her classroom, to my seat. She even helped me with my chair. After all the mom's were escorted in they preformed several songs and everyone did great! We then ate a scrumptious meal and listened to each child's personal interview and a sweet video of the class. It was such a touching and special time with just K. And yes, there was not a dry eye in the room by the time it was all over. Thanks Tutu for keeping the boys so I could go to this special event- I would not have missed it for the world.
Cannot believe our baby girl is growing up and ending her time as a preschooler!

Happy 1st Birthday R!
How much our life has changed in a year. I could not believe it when the doctor said"it's a BOY"- Daddy was right all along. We knew so little about you a year ago today, but we loved you just the same. You were so sweet and perfect in every way.

You look so peaceful here- all was right in your world a kiss from mama and a touch from daddy.

Today you turn one and we have come a LONG way sweet pal. Though I sometimes get scared about what you lies ahead for you- I have learned to just enjoy today and thank God for such a sweet, healthy, beautiful baby boy. If you look closely you can see that K is holding R's little hand. Her love for him is love at its best- it amazes me daily how deeply she loves her little R or W(as she use to call him before she could pronounce the /r/ correctly). Thank you Lord for R, we are truly blessed.
O- JW loves him too in his own way. We just have to watch him because he loves just like the little bear his Daddy calls him!

Last Day
I know I have posted so much about this trip but I had a really hard time narrowing down the pictures. We left on Sunday, but not before hitting the beach again! Craig came in Saturday afternoon so it was nice to have one more adult on hand. Since JW could not get his leg wet we wrapped it in a plastic bag and prayed that we would not be too upset that he cold not go in the water. He did better than I thought he would and never really asked about going in the water. It helped that the Daddies made a neat sand castle that kept all the kids occupied.
K jumping over the sand castle and the flying dirt would be compliments of JW. Normally, I would have told him to stop immediately but he was really just trying to dig. And if he could not play in the sand what was the poor boy going to do?!?!
As you can tell we had some tired friends that were ready for lunch. After having lunch we loaded up and headed home. The kids crashed and slept the longest they have ever slept on any of our road trips. We had a wonderful time, thank you Aunt Nancy and Uncle Tony! And thank you Hamilton's for the great weekend- definitely need a repeat!

Day 3- Poolside and a Bum Leg
Saturday morning JW woke up saying his leg hurt and refused to walk. After 3 hours of him not putting ANY weight on his leg we decided that something must be wrong. So BP scooped him up and headed out to find a place to take him. Kathy and I packed up the rest of our crew and headed to the beach. Since we were one man down we left the cameras behind. Fun was had though and R took another great morning nap at the beach.
After lunch we headed to the pool at the house. Here are the three bathing beauties!
R just chilled in the pac n play and enjoyed the occasional splash from the girls.
JW returned right before nap time. He really was a trooper and rarely complained of any pain. Man was it hard caring him everywhere.

Beach Trip- Day 1
We had a wonderful time at the beach with our good friends the Hamilton's. The kids did great on the short road trip but were VERY hungry for dinner. We ordered pizza and our crew returned to all smiles with very full bellies! After stuffing tummies with pizza we headed to the beach to run off some energy. As you can see below they were full of energy!

And this little guy was just content to watch the others act silly. I know he will be right there with them before too long.

Crazy Cousin Fun
Cannot believe how long it has taken me to share about our special overnight guests! Excited does not even begin to describe how my children felt about their cousins coming to our house! It was a relaxing and fun visit. The kids played while the adults got to visit. This rarely ever happens, but is such a treasure when it does.

I think every toy was touched and played with that night!

We had a wonderful visit and can't wait to see them soon. I have so many fond memories from childhood to the present of time spent with my cousins. And though I do not see or talk to them as much as I should my cousins mean the world to me. I often pray that my children will have a relationship with their cousins as special as mine.
